Tangent were pleased to be announced as winners of the 'Best Candidate Care' Category at this years prestigious Recruiter Awards for Excellence. Tangent contractors work in over 175 countries, some of them ranked as the least hospitable on earth.
The Tangent USA team recently took part in a local 'Mud Run' in Forth Worth and made a donation to St Jude Children's Research Hospital in Dallas (it helped to convince the less enthusiastic members the pain would be worthwhile!).
The team at Tangent recently took part in the sport relief mile. Sport Relief is part of the Comic Relief brand and exists in order to create a poverty free world.
Tangent entered a team into the Winter Tough Guy 2012 competition. Billed as the hardest one day event in the world 6 of the Tangent team battled a course that included electric cattle prods, fire, 3 swims in icy water, various assault course style climbs, and rope walks over a 13K course.
'I work at weekends at Studio 360 fitness in Billericay and we had a charity day on the 10th December for Make A Wish Foundation, we also had Santa around for the day and family and friends of members could come and participate in a few sporting events for the charity.'
